A company called Corporate Records Service has mailed solicitations titled “2013 – Annual Minutes Form” to corporations in Missouri, as well as other states. The company is offering to complete corporate meeting minutes on behalf of the corporation for a fee. The solicitations are being mailed in an official looking green envelope stamped “Annual Minutes Requirement Statement,” requesting corporations to complete the form provided along with a payment of $125 by March 27, 2013.
If you receive this request, be aware that there is no requirement by the state to comply. Your decision whether or not to do business with Corporate Records Service will not affect your corporate filings with the state of Missouri.
